  • A gift card is a type of prepaid electronic card
  • Transactions with a Serenada gift card can only be made in the premises and stands of Centrum Serenada
  • Transactions can be made until the funds are exhausted or the card expires. The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Serenada is a modern shopping center with an area of 42,000 m2. m2. This architecturally attractive building with 170 tenants complements and expands the offer of the shopping and entertainment zone, which is very popular among residents of this part of Krakow. They have been operating in this zone for many years and have numerous satisfied customers: the Krokus shopping center with the Auchan hypermarket, Multikino, the OBI DIY store and one of the largest water parks in Poland.

The architecture of Serenada, which serves as a background for the shops, is distinguished by its elegance and minimalism. The earthy colors used in the arrangement and the discreet warm lighting of wide and high corridors create a good atmosphere conducive to a pleasant stay of customers while shopping or walking. Serenada’s offer includes showrooms of the largest Polish and international fashion chains, such as Inditex with 7 stores of the group, including Zara with the largest store in the region, LPP and 5 chains of this Polish leader, the store of the Swedish giant H&M. Serenada is the place where wecan meet the only salon of global Van Graaf brands in Krakow. In addition to the chain, Serenada’s tenants include numerous local entrepreneurs and institutions such as: City Hall and Post Office. Serenada will accommodate a total of 170 commercial and service premises. In the near future, Serenada has the ambition to become the favorite shopping and entertainment center of the residents of the surrounding districts, and thanks to its openness to people and a distinctive marketing strategy, it has aspirations that go beyond the immediate vicinity.

Centrum Serenada respects the privacy of its Clients, users of this service, Partners, and collaborators. Their data is or may be collected and used solely for the ongoing operations of Centrum Serenada, particularly for marketing purposes and their analysis. The method and scope of information collection, aside from the technical aspects of the operation of this website, will be determined by separate arrangements appropriate to their purpose and published in an adequate form. In carrying out the above tasks, Centrum Serenada assures its commitment to respecting applicable laws, especially those concerning the protection of privacy, which includes not disclosing entrusted data to third parties, providing the possibility for the deletion or correction of personal data, securing information sources, and contacting in accordance with the recipient’s wishes and with their consent. Furthermore, most of the necessary market analyses are entrusted to specialized research companies. The data of cooperating entities or recipients of entities within Centrum Serenada are subject to the rules established by those units, and except for restrictions arising from mutual agreements, are not governed by the customs of Centrum Serenada as expressed in the presented privacy policy.

In accordance with the established practice of most websites, we store HTTP requests directed to the server. This means we know the public IP addresses from which users view the informational content of the website. The resources viewed are identified by their URLs.

We also know:

  • the time of the request,
  • the time of the response,
  • the name of the client station – identification via HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the execution of the HTTP transaction,
  • the URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link),
  • information about the user’s browser and screen resolution.

To ensure the highest quality of the website, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most frequently, what web browsers are used, whether the website structure contains errors, etc. The collected logs are stored indefinitely as auxiliary material for administering the service. The information contained in them is not disclosed to anyone outside of authorized personnel responsible for server administration and the owner of Centrum Serenada. Based on the log files, statistics may be generated to assist in administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any identifying features of the individuals visiting the service. The data controller is Centrum S Sp. z o.o.

Puławska 427, 02-801 Warsaw), KRS 12635, as well as entities providing auditing, accounting, legal, IT services, damage adjusters, service providers involved in damage liquidation, marketing agencies, and entities providing archiving services may also have access to your data.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to rectify it, to delete it, or to restrict its processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

SERENADA CENTER WITH BREEAM IN-USE CERTIFICATION

Serenada Center holds the prestigious BREEAM In-Use environmental certificate with the highest possible rating of „Outstanding” in the Building Management category and a very high rating of „Excellent” for the asset’s construction quality and performance (Asset Performance).

BREEAM In-Use is one of the most significant certifications in Europe. It encompasses various aspects of sustainable construction, and obtaining the certification is preceded by a detailed verification process.

The BREEAM In-Use assessment system is based on multiple criteria. The Asset Performance category pertains to the building itself, including energy efficiency, materials, and location. Meanwhile, the Building Management category evaluates the management practices of the building.

To achieve such a high score in the certification process, Serenada Center had to meet very stringent criteria related to effective waste management and recycling, energy efficiency, water consumption optimization, as well as lighting energy efficiency. Consideration was also given to the management, health, and well-being of the building’s users, transport solutions, materials used, ecology, and the management of green areas.

Receiving the BREEAM In-Use certificate confirms the positive direction of the actions taken and procedures implemented in the building regarding facility management, sustainable development, and environmental protection.
